The Problem

Bowery Data created a Know Your Customer (KYC) database which unified customer records from the insurance company’s multiple sources. The client was able to improve customer engagement and increase retention through the use of predictive models. They were able to account for every dollar spent on customer acquisition and calculate cost per sale. By delivering near real time dashboards, we were able to help the insurance client reduce their cost of acquisition by 45%.
