US Social Commerce Sales Will Rise 24.9% to $45.74 Billion by 2022

Walmart is going to host about 30 livestreaming events in November and December to obtain online sales in this holiday season. In the U.S, Walmart's e-commerce sales pull up by 8% in Q3 which is slightly high when compared to Q2. When U.S. e-commerce sales are compared on a two-year basis then growth has been increased. As per consumer market research group Coresight Research, U.S livestreaming market has a worth of $6 billion in the prior year and this figure would rise to $25 billion by 2023.

Digital ad spending in this year has bounced higher than predicted, it has increased to 19.9% to $33 billion instead of 15.0% which is forecasted. In the U.S, Amazon holds the top position with 61.4% of the total world digital ad revenue and then by Google with 38.1% of global growth in digital ad spending. In the coming years, advertisers globally would spend half a trillion dollars on digital ads.

In the upcoming year 2022, creators with a low number of followers would play strategically in the influencer marketing world. eMarketers predicts that US social commerce sales would rise 24.9% to $45.74 billion by the end of 2022. As per HypeAuditor data of 2021 stated that 70.7% of influencers with 1,000 to 10,000 followers would charge $100 per Instagram post on the other hand 76.9% of influencers with 1 million followers would charge $1,000 or more. Data from influencer marketing platform Linqia states about 90% of US marketers are willing to work with influencers who are having 5,000 to 100,000 followers in 2021.

In the recent Q3, WhatsApp has got 6 billion downloads and next is Facebook Messenger with 5.4 billion downloads, Instagram with 3.4 billion downloads and then followed by TikTok and Snapchat while seventh place goes to Subway Surfers.
