TikTok Ban Might Boost Meta's Ad Control, Yet Google, YouTube Also Benefit

LinkedIn announced that the company has hit $1.7 billion in revenue for premium subscriptions during last year, while there is a 25% increase in subscriptions in 2023. The company's overall 2023 revenues were $15 billion, driven by initiatives including AI-powered features for premium subscribers, contributing to strong growth in subscription revenues.

As per preliminary analysis, TikTok ban would favor Facebook, Meta, YouTube, and Google. Estimated reallocation of TikTok's US ad revenues to Meta between 22.5% and 27.5% and could generate between $1.94 billion and $2.38 billion ad revenues by 2025 for Meta. YouTube and Google could also see gains of $1.74 billion to $1.94 billion from TikTok's departure from the US market.

Walmart also announces the addition of live bait delivery from over 3,000 locations, accessible via the company's app or website, with free standard delivery for Walmart+ members.

However, unit sales for private-label brands only saw a modest 0.9% increase annually. The report indicated growth in various categories including food, beverages, and beauty.
